Fear can be a useful response to dangerous situations, or a debilitating reaction that limits our ability to participate fully in our lives. The sorts of fears that make us prisoners in our own lives are usually due to the workings of our creative subconscious minds. Hypnotherapy allows us to reeducate the subconscious mind and reduce or eliminate the old fearful response.
