Hypnosis can help you do what you want to do and be who you want to be. Hypnosis re-educates your subconscious mind using the language it understands best: the imagination.
Logic and willpower simply cannot convince the subconscious mind to change, when it is operating on invisible belief systems and inner programs (eg. “I can’t get through this tough day without a cigarette” or “Flying is terrifying” or “Bedtime is worry time”). Hypnosis uses relaxation and imagination to get the new messages across deeply and effectively.
It is impossible to make a comprehensive list of all the challenges people have overcome using hypnosis. Below you will find a short list of some of these things. Please don’t be limited by this list! Almost anything can be improved by using this approach. Hypnotherapy is a short term therapy and many issues are resolved or greatly improved within 2-5 sessions. And the process works well via phone or Skype, too!
